Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using CloudZaiqa POS Offline or CloudZaiqa POS Cloud ("Services") provided by Wavonyx, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users in Mardan, KPK, Pakistan, and elsewhere.
Description of Services
CloudZaiqa POS Offline
A locally-installed restaurant POS system designed for businesses in Mardan and KPK. Features include offline billing, inventory management, multi-user support, and easy setup. Price: PKR 20,000/year.
CloudZaiqa POS Cloud
A cloud-based restaurant management system with real-time sales reporting, mobile access, inventory & staff management, and secure payment integration. Pricing starts at PKR 24,000 per year.
Payment Terms
CloudZaiqa POS Offline Pricing
One-time license fee: PKR 20,000. Annual renewal for continued support and updates: PKR 15,000 per year. Payments are non-refundable once the software has been installed and activated.
CloudZaiqa POS Cloud Pricing
Annual subscription: PKR 24,000 per year. Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled 30 days before the renewal date. No refunds for partial subscription periods.
Payment Methods
Payments are accepted via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or cash in Mardan. Contact Wavonyx on WhatsApp +92 316 9275329 for payment details.
License & Intellectual Property
Wavonyx grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CloudZaiqa POS software for your restaurant business. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the software. All intellectual property rights in CloudZaiqa POS remain with Wavonyx.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials; ensuring your hardware meets the minimum requirements; keeping your subscription current for continued support; using the software only for lawful business purposes in accordance with Pakistani law.
Support & Updates
Active subscribers receive technical support via WhatsApp (+92 316 9275329) and software updates. Support is available during business hours in Pakistan Standard Time (PKT). Wavonyx reserves the right to modify features with reasonable notice.
Limitation of Liability
Wavonyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of CloudZaiqa POS, including data loss, business interruption, or lost profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
Wavonyx may terminate your license if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the software. No refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period. You may terminate your subscription by contacting us 30 days before renewal.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Mardan, KPK, Pakistan. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing legal action.
